Ria has a unique and individual lineage of teachings. It addresses the basics, the foundation and the overall wisdom of Yoga, Spirituality and Consciousness. Many traditions and arts are encompassed. Finally, after many years of spiritual work and research, the ancient and the newness of spirituality are coming together to prepare for this time of transition, the gates of spiritual ascension and the New Age.

RIA KUNDALINI
Ria is a yoga and spiritual master whose consciousness and knowledge are rooted in many lifetimes of deep and considerable spiritual work. The main focus of this her lifetime has been to liberate spirituality and conscious arts from a short revolution of the veil of illusion, also called the Maya. This work, it is to practice and teach spirituality in its authenticity and effectiveness for spiritual awakening.
Ria has developed her own School of spiritual teachings out of the Maya, which encompasses the foundations of spiritual awakening, multiple spiritual traditions, and new techniques developed and channeled by Ria. The spiritual teachings shared by Ria include kundalini yoga, hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, kriya yoga, children’s yoga, different styles of meditation, breath work or pranayama, the awakening of the kundalini shakti, a spiritual approach to dancing and singing, shamanism, family/yogic constellations, mediumship, channeling, healing of the chakras and the nadis/meridians, alchemies, food and diets, the roots of sufi wisdom, sacred and temple work and missions, counseling, awakening and cleansing of spaces and sacred places, music and naad (sacred vibrations and chants), martial arts, healing and massage, work with power animals and plants, verbal and telepathic communication with animals, stellar and galactic work, communication in the spiritual dimension, work with the Ascended Masters of her Quantum Field.
Ria is also graduated cum laude in Evolutionary Biology and has a PhD in Bioscience and Biotechnologies, disciplines that study life in its wide spectrum of forms and their evolution. Ria loves the natural and intrinsic wisdom and intelligence of life (“Bio”, “logic”) and she appreciates both conscious science and reliable spirituality as ways to awaken and reveal reality, Sat or Veritas.
Kundalini Shakti, the Divine Energy of awakening
Ria has a fully awakened Kundalini Shakti energy since many years. The Kundalini Shakti is the divine force of spiritual awakening; its activation is the result of many lifetimes of spiritual discipline and sadhana. Ria also received the “Guru ” title from the Ascended Masters, who are connected with her since when she was a little girl. Her teachings, knowledge, practices and guidance are revealed by experiences out the veil of illusion Maya, which is the key point of any path of spiritual awakening.
WEEKLY CLASSES WITH RIA – ONLINE & IN PRESENCE

Individual and group classes and consultations are available in person, in Padua and Rovolon (PD), as well as on the network (online). If you’re new to Ria, you can meet her before class, if she’s available, for a coffee, a juice, or a short walk. We typically practice on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM and Saturday mornings at 9:00 AM (10 AM during cold season), but other classes can be arranged, even upon request, if other members of her Lineage are available, or individually. Ria teaches in Italian, but can also lead classes in Spanish and English if there are international students.
ABOUT KUNDALINI KRIYA YOGA
Kundalini Kriya Yoga is the yoga of spiritual awakening. At these present times of transition, it is the discipline that best suits every type of spiritual path, in order to awaken the self, the physical and subtle body, and the consciousness (Sat Cit),and reach a state of spiritual awakening called Samadhi or Ananda(Sat Cit Ananda). Kundalini Kriya yoga is also specific for the awakening of the Kundalini Energy.
The Kundalini is a divine energy that awakens with the commitment and the dedication to the yoga practice and/or certain spiritual life experiences of real and elevated spiritual value. Kundalini Energy is the divine force of healing and of truthful and multi-traditional awakening. Kundalini awakening does not want to be a single and sporadic sensorial experience; that is, it does not want to belong to the field of the illusion of the Maya. The specific work with the Kundalini Shakti is the path of authentic awakening, of the removal of the veil of illusion, and of the flowering of the self in all its awakened potential, of which the Kundalini is the cornerstone.
The word Kriya means action or set of spiritually awakened actions, and it must be intrinsically moved by the Divine. These actions elevate the self, remove the Maya and support or allow the spiritual awakening. The work is complete and specific depending on the level of the individual, the personal traits, the past lives to awaken, the needs of the present moment, and the spiritual path of the self.
What is written above is true if the teacher or the Master teaching the Kriyas has an awakened Kundalini Energy and has been working with it for many years or, better, multiple incarnations; in alternative, it is true if the teacher or the Master refer to and report the teachings of a Guru who has reached this level of path.

· Advices on your spiritual practices and/or sadhana (daily body and mind yogic practice for spiritual awakening).
· Advices, resolution and knowledge about: spiritual and ordinary paths, paths of empowerment, body-mind-breath topics, law of attraction, paths of manifestation, spiritual, energetic and psychic attacks, entities and dark forces, auric holes, nadidysfunctions, chakras, sicknesses and allergies, food and diets, relationships and family/genealogy issues, soul path, communication with spiritual individualities (for example, nature spirits, star and galactic beings, Gods and Goddesses, Ascended Masters, ancestors, evil forces, other spiritual, etheric or physical individualities), Kundalini Shakti, star work, plant medicine, power plants, power animals, stones, elements, objects and power objects (also related to effects of current business on spiritual paths), altars for awakening, space cleansing and awakening, sacred places, temple work, arts, sacred geometries, yoga, kriyas, meditation, pranayama (breath work) and overall body and mind practices.
· Transition work and spiritual gates.
· Tarots if possible. This practice it is stil partially under veil given card channeling and production. If possible we do it. At one point I’ll channel Ria’s tarots.
· Meditation in Ria’s presence and work in sacred space.
· Kriyas and yogic or other spiritual/energy practices, also related to what counselled.
Details about the counseling:
One session lasts from 20 min to an hour or longer if necessary. It can happen online or in presence.
You can prepare some questions or ask spontaneously. You can take notes. If you wish to record please ask before the sessions; it is not always energetically possible. If you wish to practice yoga and meditation too, make sure you have your yoga mat. More information on the page of “Ria’s lineage“.
