This retreat is a 10- or 14-days spiritual immersion at our spiritual retreat centers at Ausangate mountain and in the amazonian jungle of El Manu. We will do conscious practices for healing and awakening, spiritual rituals and ceremonies and we will experience the most authentic Andean traditional natural medicine. This retreat is a key for your deepest healing, next level awakening and realization of your highest and most awakened self.

Services included and not included
SERVICES INCLUDED:
– One night stay in Cusco and the remaining nights at our Retreat Center.
– 3 organic and local meals per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for the duration of the retreat or as indicated in the program (there are a few days that include fasting).
– All activities of the retreat as indicated in the program.
– Entrance fees to the temples if included in the program.
SERVICES NOT INCLUDED:
– Airfare and ground transportation to get to the city of Cusco.
– Activities not listed in the program.
– Possible extra night in Machu Pichu and entrance fee to Machu Pichu.
Food and diet
Ria recommends a vegan or vegetarian diet to prepare yourself for the retreat and also during the retreat. During the retreat you will follow an organic diet with local products specifically designed for the ceremonies and activities proposed.
Ria recommends not to drink alcohol and to avoid narcotic substances. Coffee, mate and tobacco are permitted if you know how to use them consciously and/or spiritually. We appreciate if you let us know your food preferences or if you have intolerances or allergies.
What to bring
- Passport, visa and vaccinations: check the status in your country.
- Sufficient cash for your needs (get Peruvian soles before leaving Iquitos).
- At least two pairs of travelling pants, a few cotton shirts with long and short sleeves.
- At least one light jacket and a sweatshirt or sweater.
- A swimsuit.
- Comfortable walking shoes for the mountains, sneakers, sandals, slippers for the evening.
- A waterproof jacket and an umbrella if you are traveling from September to April.
- Sunglasses, a flashlight, camera, sunscreen, natural insect repellent, a notebook and pen, a water bottle.
- Personal hygiene items.
